Operate monitor and maintain real-time payments platforms and related services (Switching Authorization Settlement).

Manage SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle security keys and integrations involving HSMs and secure components.

Work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to maintain high availability and resilience of applications and network components.

Troubleshoot complex issues across Erlang Java Oracle SQL and Unix-based systems.

Support and optimize payment message flows including ISO8583 and ISO20022 formats.

Act as a bridge between product operations and engineering teams to ensure smooth incident resolution change deployments and root cause analysis.

Interface with payment card networks (e.g. Visa MasterCard RuPay) for transaction flow understanding and compliance.

Participate in Agile ceremonies contribute to continuous improvements and automation within DevOps pipelines.

Support UI-based tools for operational monitoring metrics tracking and incident management.
