Job Summary:
TIL Reality is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Facility Manager to oversee operations across multiple properties in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in facility management leasing and tenant relationship management and must demonstrate the ability to lead a team and manage high-end commercial and residential spaces.
Key Responsibilities:-
Facility Operations: Oversee day-to-day facility operations across multiple sites ensuring optimal functionality safety and maintenance.

Vendor & Contractor Management: Liaise with service providers negotiate contracts ensure SLAs are met and manage vendor performance.

Leasing & Tenant Management: Manage tenant onboarding/offboarding lease agreements rent collection grievance redressal and periodic communication with tenants.

Preventive Maintenance: Implement robust preventive maintenance schedules for electrical HVAC plumbing elevators and building systems.

Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and manage operational budgets control expenditures and optimize cost without compromising service quality.

Team Management: Lead and mentor site-level facility teams allocate resources and ensure compliance with operational standards.

Health Safety & Compliance: Ensure all sites comply with fire safety statutory regulations environmental and legal norms.

Audit & Reporting: Conduct periodic facility audits prepare performance reports and present them to management.

Bachelors degree in Facility Management / Engineering / Property Management or a related field. MBA preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in facility management preferably handling commercial real estate or large multi-site operations.

Strong knowledge of leasing statutory compliance and tenant coordination.

Excellent leadership negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficient in facility management software/tools and MS Office Suite.

Based out of the Chennai head office.

Travel across Chennai to manage and inspect sites as required.
