Job Description
Requirement description :
- 2 years of experience - Required
- MediTech - Preferred
- must interpret cardiac rhythms scrub circulating monitoring - Required
- White River will not review applicants within 90 miles of Batesville.
Applicants between 90-150 miles may not be selected but will be reviewed.
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Arkansas
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : For Call Only
On Call Requirements : 10-15 Call Shifts Per Month
