HIRING FOR A LEADING BANK
Profile - Customer Care Associate
Location- Secunderabad
Experience- Minimum 1 Year as CCA or Telecaller
CTC - Upto 4 LPA
Graduation Mandatory
Key Responsibilities-
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
Explain product features benefits and pricing to customers.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Handle customer objections and resolve queries effectively.
Note- Candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi and any of these languages is mandatory (Kannada Gujarati Tamil Odia Telugu & Malayalam).
