Job Description
Arkansas based aerospace company needs an all-around office manager who can handle accounting operations and human resources. You will manage accounts receivable and payable double entry bookkeeping budgeting financial planning and analysis and manufacturing cost management.
- Maintenance of accurate general ledger in accordance with state/local requirements
- Lead monthly close quarterly and annual financials including profitability analysis
- Manage taxation matters
- Assist with the weekly hourly and bi-weekly salary payroll.
- Prepare and analyze business plans for product lines
- Analyze cost variances prepare production cost reports report on labor headcount and cost reductions
- Manage recruitment onboarding payroll inputs
- Communicate company policies and procedures
- Manage benefits including benefit related programs with local businesses
- Lead safety programs OSHA compliance
- Manage Workers Compensation claims
Qualifications :
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Knowledge of budgets cost analysis and US GAAP
- Strong organizational and data management skills including work with QuickBooks or Striven
- Proven HR experience including employee relations recruitment benefits
