Job Description
Ancor Research Labs invites retired/retiring sailors of the Indian Navy under its Veteran Inclusion Program VIP.
Job Eligibility. Retired Veteran Sailors. PO and / Logistics Branch preferred. Should have experience in revenue and capital procurement.
Requirements
Drafting of documents/ letters/ filing as per departmental requirement.
Maintenance of documents and files to be kept under his/her disposal as per organisational policy.
Organise and manage information pertaining to projects and tasks as per guidance.
Highly proficient in MSOffice Suite (Word Power point Excel) and document layout Tender drafting preparing documents such as quotations project documents executive summaries reports briefs minutes of meetings etc. and also communicate with third parties.
To operate a Computer and perform basic operations/ maintenance in Windows OS
Handle all jobs with utmost care and sincerity ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Assist in daytoday administration of Corporate Office.
