Quadrille is hiring for a Marketing and Communications Assistant to create awareness of and engagement with our books and authors to drive sales. We are looking for someone to provide administrative support for the marketing and communications team to facilitate the smooth running of the department who has a keen interest in the books we publish.
The role
The role of a Marketing and Communications Assistant involves creating awareness and engagement with books and authors to drive sales. This includes supporting marketing campaigns managing social media accounts and assisting with event planning. Additionally the assistant provides administrative support to the marketing and communications team ensuring the smooth operation of the department by handling tasks such as scheduling coordinating meetings and maintaining records.

Hybrid working
While our offices across the UK are places to connect collaborate and celebrate with colleagues we recognise that flexibility around where you work is just as important. For this role we expect the successful candidate to work from our London-based office a minimum of three days per week (two of them being Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and offer two days per week to work remotely.
