Job Description
Job Summary:
We re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Visual Designer to join our team in Nairobi. You will work closely with the software development and QA teams to design user interfaces ensure consistency during implementation and support visual content creation across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using Figma
Collaborate with developers to bring designs to life and verify design-to-product alignment
Work with QA to review UI/UX consistency post-implementation
Understand user feedback and adjust designs based on real usage insights
Create compelling graphics for social media product marketing and brand assets using Canva CapCut and Photoshop
Maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms and applications
Requirements
Requirements:
Proficiency in Figma with a strong portfolio of UI/UX work
Working knowledge of Canva CapCut and Photoshop
Strong understanding of layout typography and visual design principles
Experience working with development and QA teams in an agile environment
Ability to adapt designs based on feedback and usability insights
Detail-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
Experience in mobile/web app design
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
