What you will be doing:
- Assist patients with daily living activities including hygiene mobility and meals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and families
- Monitor patient comfort report changes and communicate needs to the care team
- Support nursing staff with non-clinical patient care tasks
- Ensure a clean safe environment that upholds patient dignity and privacy
Experience you will need:
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program
- Current and valid CNA certification
- Ability to read write speak and understand English
- Understanding of ADL care standards and patient rights
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate team-oriented mindset
