Solar Installer

A fast-growing solar contractor in Phoenix is hiring an experienced Solar Installer to join their field team. This is a full-time position with consistent work on both residential and small commercial systems.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with rooftop or ground-mount installs and are comfortable working outdoors in a team environment. You ll be working on solar arrays racking systems and inverters so a strong mechanical background is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Install photovoltaic (PV) systems including racking panels and inverters
  

• Follow installation plans and layouts according to site specifications
  

• Maintain a safe worksite and comply with all OSHA and company standards
  

• Communicate with crew leads and electricians to ensure smooth project execution
  

• Perform cleanup and system testing as required
  

Requirements:

• 1 2 years of experience installing solar systems (residential or commercial)
  

• Familiarity with hand and power tools roof work and basic electrical connections
  

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs work at heights and handle Arizona weather conditions
  

• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
  

• NABCEP certification is a plus but not required
  

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
  

• Full-time Monday Friday with optional weekend work
