HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
As the first friendly face our patients see youll warmly welcome them on arrival respond to any queries and manage the workflow to keep the day running smoothly. Youll be skilled in operating the Orthotrac Patient Management System scheduling appointments both in person and over the phone managing emails and efficiently responding to enquiries from patients as well as wider healthcare providers. Your role will include actioning the patient recall and retainer systems and responding promptly to tasks assigned by the orthodontists and nursing team. Alongside these responsibilities youll undertake other administrative duties as required working closely with the practice coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the clinic.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
To be successful in this role youll bring a warm approachable manner and a genuine passion for helping people. While previous experience in dental medical or reception roles is a bonus its not essentialwere happy to train the right person. Youll be confident using computers able to learn new systems quickly and have strong attention to detail. Your communication skills will be top-notch and youll feel comfortable juggling tasks in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly youll be someone who loves being part of a team and takes pride in creating a welcoming professional atmosphere for all.
