Webflow Designer/Developer (Remote Full-Time)
Location: Remote (LATAM or South Africa)
Compensation: Competitive based on experience

About the Role
Were looking for a Webflow Designer/Developer to join a fast-moving design-led digital studio known for building standout marketing sites and branded experiences. This is a hybrid role that combines high-level visual execution with deep Webflow development expertise.
Youll take the lead on building sites from Figma to Webflow creating clean scalable builds with advanced interactions structured CMS content and optimized performance. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for design a systems mindset and the technical fluency to build high-quality Webflow sites from scratch.
What Youll Do
- Develop custom Webflow sites from Figma designs structure style interactions and animations
- Build high-quality scalable marketing websites in Webflow from Figma designs or your own designs when needed following best practices like Finsweet Client-First.
- Implement advanced Webflow interactions animations conditional logic and modular systems.
- Create or refine designs in Figma when necessary applying brand guidelines design systems and UX principles.
- Lead or collaborate on projects where no dedicated designer is involved.
- Set up and manage Webflow CMS collections dynamic templates component libraries and reusable layouts.
- Optimize sites for performance (Core Web Vitals) accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and SEO fundamentals (meta tags alt text headings).
- Test across devices and browsers for responsive behavior; troubleshoot bugs and maintain sites post-launch.
- Integrate tools like Zapier Webflow Logic analytics CRM forms and set up conversion tracking cookies and light scripts.
- Collaborate with designers project managers and stakeholders across time zones communicating trade-offs clearly and managing feedback async.
- Stay current on Webflow features design trends and best practices; contribute to internal systems frameworks and documentation
What Were Looking For
- 35 years of professional experience building sites in Webflow
- Strong portfolio of custom Webflow builds not just templates
- Advanced understanding of Webflow Designer CMS Interactions and Logic
- Fluent in responsive layout modular systems and scalable site architecture
- Solid design sensibility (typography spacing motion) and attention to visual details
- Familiarity with Figma creative collaboration and working from brand guidelines
- Bonus: experience with JavaScript GSAP or Webflow API is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication; responsive and reliable in remote settings
