Glenaireis hiring for a Laundry Attendant

This is an 11am-7 pm or 12 noon-8 pm role

Our Laundry Attendant positionprovides service to the residents in the community that enable them to function at the highest possible level. This service includes:
- Cleaning pressing and folding clothing and other textile items
- Removing stains using appropriate procedures
- Performing minor sewing duties
- Tracking which items belong to whom
- Keep updated inventory of laundry detergents and other items
- Ensuring the facility remains clean at all times
- Anticipating and responding to customers questions concerns and complaints
Required:
- Desire to serve senior adults
- Positive outlook
- Ability to take initiative and be detailed oriented
- Working independently and on a team
- Flexible and able to handle a fast pace
- Great communication and customer service skills
