Necessary Experience and Skill Set:
- Assist with repairing and rebuilding damaged structures including framing drywall and trim work
- Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Help prepare and clean work areas before and after projects
- Work as part of a team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet SERVPRO standards
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Ability to measure cut paint/finish and install trim
- Strong problem solving and customer service skillset
- Able to use smartphone for work apps
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks at construction sites that require extensive physical labor including lifting climbing bending digging and operating hand and power tools for 8-10 hours a day.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Maintained a valid drivers license
- Background check
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
