We are looking for a LPN to provide caring and skilled support to our family of residents. Our environment is beautiful the work is meaningful and our team is collaborative! In addition to being responsible for resident assessment care treatment and evaluation you would be part of a team whose energy compassion creativity and talents are valued and rewarded. Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Currently licensed and in good standing with the Virginia State Board of Nursing
- Thorough and current knowledge of methods and practices of nursing care
- Two years nursing experience preferably in long-term care with demonstrated productivity achievement level
- Knowledge of the principalities of management and leadership
- Effectively communicate with residents their families and team members
- Work every other weekend and some holidays
- Knowledge and understanding of geriatric care and the aging process.
