Licensure
* Must be a licensed Cytotechnologist and/or Histotechnology supervisor in the State of Florida. Certified by national regulatory agency (ASCP)
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Clinical Laboratory Science Chemical Science or Biological or Health Science.
*Graduate of an approved program in Cytotechnology and/or Histology. minimum two years experience preferred as Histotechnologist or Cytotechnologist in a hospital setting.
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception the ability to adjust focus and form perception required to notice pertinent details of specimens under microscopic study.
