Job Description

As Senior Manager you will lead two focused teams within IT:

Team 1 Business Relationship Management
In this role you will partner closely with business lines to ensure alignment between IT strategy and business needs. You will lead a dedicated Business Relationship Management team responsible for fostering strong connections between IT and business stakeholders. Your focus will be on understanding business priorities and ensuring IT services effectively support them. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating collaboration between business units and IT to provide tailored solutions that help achieve goals.
  • Monitoring and enhancing relationships between Business Relationship Managers and IT stakeholders.
  • Promoting IT services and educating business partners about IT capabilities and drivers.
  • Supporting the development and adjustment of IT strategies and business roadmaps in alignment with overall company direction.
  • Collaborating with the business CTO and other stakeholders to prioritize demand and manage expectations.

Team 2 Service Excellence
You will oversee the Service Excellence team tasked with maintaining service quality and reliability through:

  • Managing core IT service management processes such as Incident Problem Change and Request Management and Service Level Management.
  • Supporting business continuity planning and disaster recovery governance to ensure resilience.
  • Driving quality management initiatives to meet Deloittes compliance and service standards.

Core Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership and Development:
    Lead coach and develop your teams fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. Implement agile practices to improve ways of working.
  • Strategic Execution:
    Support IT strategies by translating them into tactical goals and operational plans for your teams. Develop annual plans aligned with broader IT objectives.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
    Assist in managing team budgets focusing on cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Build strong working relationships across IT business units and support functions locally. Provide regular updates on team performance and capacity.
  • Innovation and Service Improvement:
    Manage and continuously improve the service portfolio embracing new technologies and digital tools. Embed sustainability principles in your teams processes.
  • Risk Compliance and Security:
    Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as ISO and SOC2. Support business continuity and information security initiatives at the team level.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in managing mid-sized teams with a focus on business relationship management or service excellence.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to engage effectively with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Practical experience in IT service management processes and business continuity planning.
  • Collaborative leadership style that encourages team development and cross-functional cooperation.
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable IT plans and solutions.
  • Adaptable and proactive able to manage change and deliver continuous improvement.
