Overview
Your mission
Manage client inquiries and prepare tailored catering offers
Plan and coordinate logistics (deliveries rentals staffing)
Work closely with kitchen/production to ensure menu accuracy and readiness
Schedule events assign tasks and monitor progress
Serve as the point of contact for clients before and during the event
Ensure budget targets are met and profitability maintained
Continuously optimize processes and identify areas for improvement
Your profile
Proven experience in catering hospitality or event management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Fluent in English / German
