This high-impact leadership role requires more than traditional safety oversightit demands a strategic operator who can lead traffic flow event logistics parking operations and coordinated planning for high-profile arrivals and large-scale activations. As Director of Security and Safety youll oversee all aspects of safety and emergency preparedness while collaborating across departments to uphold the highest standards in guest protection asset safeguarding and incident prevention. Success in this role requires a proactive collaborative leader who is passionate about cultivating a secure seamless and welcoming environment.
What will I be doing
As a Director of Security and Safety you would be responsible for directing and administering the implementation of all safety and security programs and initiatives to ensure the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
The annual salary range for this role is $120000 - $150000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience.
