Position: PreOp/PACU Charge Nurse

Community Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Charge Nurse for our PreOp/PACU department. This is an excellent opportunity for an internal candidate to step into a leadership role and support the continued excellence of our perioperative services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical and operational leadership for the PreOp and PACU units
Support daily workflow and staffing coordination
Promote a culture of safety accountability and patient-centered care
Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Colorado
Minimum of 2 years of perioperative nursing experience required
Leadership experience preferred
Hiring Salary Range: $40.00$46.00/hour
