Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Admin is responsible for the growth of Exact Stormwater Managements Division. They must have the drive to understand stormwater systems and how they function. Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are a must.

They should have a strong understanding of the sales process from quoting to closing jobs excel at bothverbal and written communication building relationships and what it takes to execute qualitywork. They assist in seeking new clients understand customer needs and make effective sales pitches.

An Exact Stormwater Inside Sales Administrative Assistant assists in develop new customers and expand existing clientrelationships with a high attention to detail.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Build deep relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Assists in multiple behind-the-scenes sales functions such as manage incoming sales calls and emails seek new customers and use mailing lists industry directories trade show attendees or other events to identify opportunities to gain new clients.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or questions and perform several follow-up calls to assess customer needs and discuss solutions
• Follow bid opportunities from Lead until Pre-construction
• Presents job quotes and provides accurate pricing information to customers
• Uses customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively
• Works together with Sales team
• Seek and follow-up on new sales opportunities by reviewing internal business leads.
• Act in coordination with Exact Stormwater Managements Project Managers Operations and Sales team to prepare and submit estimates and proposals
• Understand and help improve pricing by targeting profitable business segments
• Learn and utilize our suite of business software / resources to record and pass on critical information obtained during bidding to Operations team to ensure efficient execution of the work
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls orders sales lost jobs/bids and any customer relationship problems
• Use knowledge of market opportunities to help build budgets and set expectations for the business
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Ability to read site plans and perform simple take-offs
• Consistent and accurate use of various software packages to track leads and execute work
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel knowledge or the propensity to learn
• A go-getter with strong leadership organizational skills and sales capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
• Valid drivers license and positive driving record

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Marketing Sales Business or related field
• At least two (2) years of related experience required.
• DEQ Stormwater Inspector Certificate a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
