Job Description
Candidate Persona -
- Ability to do architecture and consulting engagement for large and complex customer environment.
- Self-motivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership of consulting engagement able to do individual contributor role and work with multiple teams and manages deliverables effectively and has a proven track record of consistent and organized outputs on time.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to understand complex problems and requirements an aptitude for translating these problems into workable designs and solutions and will possess a keen eye for detail.
Cybersecurity Architects Responsibilities -
- Conduct Cybersecurity Technology roadmap architecture and consulting engagements technology benchmarking exercise.
Skills required -
12 to 15 years of experience in Cybersecurity
- Solid understanding of overall Cybersecurity Architecture principles like Security by Design Zero Trust Framework least privilege security incident response).
- Strong knowledge in multiple domains within Cybersecurity (ex: Cloud & Infra security Security assurance Security operations) to assess security posture of customer and provide roadmap.
- Strong oral and written communication skills appropriate for consultation with all levels of management.
- Excellent documentation skill (Architecture diagram flow creation Technology roadmap)
- Develop resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity.
- High level of initiative drive motivation problem solving communication collaboration creativity Customer service quality awareness and time management skills
Desired Certification CISSP CISM
Soft Skills -
- Should have good verbal/written communication skills.
- Candidate should carry continual system improvement mind-set and able to demonstrate in work.
- Client facing technical analysis report and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and spoken fluency in English.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidates pay within the range will depend on their work location skills experience education and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical dental vision pharmacy life accidental death & dismemberment and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
