Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Caregiver Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting compassionate caregivers who share our commitment to delivering high-quality care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting care-giving experiencea passion for elder care and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified caregivers.
- Source candidates through online channels social media platforms networking events and community outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for caregiving roles.
- Coordinate and conduct caregiver orientations and on-boarding sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of applicant information and recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word Excel Outlook) for creating and managing documents.
- Maintain a high level of organization to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role preferably in healthcare or home care service.
- Care-giving experience (CNA or PCA certification is a plus).
- Familiarity with recruiting techniques and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Compassionate attitude and genuine interest in elder care.
- Social media experience is a plus particularly in managing accounts and running campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
