Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Caregiver Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting compassionate caregivers who share our commitment to delivering high-quality care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting care-giving experiencea passion for elder care and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified caregivers.
  • Source candidates through online channels social media platforms networking events and community outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for caregiving roles.
  • Coordinate and conduct caregiver orientations and on-boarding sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicant information and recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word Excel Outlook) for creating and managing documents.
  • Maintain a high level of organization to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role preferably in healthcare or home care service.
  • Care-giving experience (CNA or PCA certification is a plus).
  • Familiarity with recruiting techniques and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Compassionate attitude and genuine interest in elder care.
  • Social media experience is a plus particularly in managing accounts and running campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
