You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Creating and maintaining project schedules
- Verifying and integrating third party schedules into the overall project schedule
- Providing progress monitoring analyses with a clear illustration of the critical path activities and identifying bottlenecks
- Assessing scheduling impact of changes including analyzing and visualizing scenarios. Proposing schedule alternatives in case of changes
- Producing forecasts for project team evaluation of key performance metrics ongoing review of contractor progress and their ability to achieve key milestones
- Providing scheduling input for management reports and supporting overall report deliveries
- Providing early warnings of scheduling conflicts that will delay the projects which may require remedial actions.
Qualifications :
- Higher education in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in junior or assisting roles on projects (e.g. Junior Planner Project Assistant Junior Project Engineer)
- Experience in the construction energy or utilities sectors is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of construction and project management processes
- Proficiency with project planning and scheduling tools; experience with Primavera P6 is a plus
- Ability to perform effectively in multi-project and multi-country environments
- Independence making informed decisions when required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required as the role involves collaboration with stakeholders across the Baltics and Poland
