Job Summary
Responsible for developing educational programs clinical decision-making management of quality outcomes and participation in research activities. Provide patient care in the clinical environment health promotion disease prevention health education and patient and family counseling activitiesQualifications
Education
Bachelors Degree Nursing required and Masters Degree Nursing required
Licenses and Credentials
Registered Nurse - MA
Preferred Clinical Nurse Specialist
Experience
Clinical nursing experience 3-5 years required and Clinical education experience 2-3 years preferred and Nursing leadership experience 1-2 years preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- In-depth knowledge of clinical nursing care practices and principles.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing evidence-based care plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams patients and families.
- Leadership abilities to provide guidance mentorship and education to nursing staff.
- Ability to stay updated on the latest advancements in nursing skills and patient care through continuous learning and professional development.
