Job Description

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physicians 36 week contract pays $64 an hour locally and $2663 a week travel for 37.5 student contact hours a week. Ideal candidates are flexible with age range and willing to work near Fountain CO (Southern Colorado Springs). Before applying please ensure you hold or are able to obtain a Colorado SSP license with a Speech Language Pathology endorsement. Pending licenses are accepted. Minimum Requirements:Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment requiredCertificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract. Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice Current CPR if applicableTB questionnaire PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) Must meet all federal state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age
