Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Employment Law Attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 0-3 years of experience in civil litigation who is passionate about employment law. As part of our team you will gain valuable experience working on complex legal matters while contributing to the success of our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research to assist with case preparation and strategy development.
  • Draft legal documents including motions discovery requests and correspondence.
  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Assist with mediations and settlement negotiations.
  • Oversee litigation of complex class actions.
  • Represent clients in court including arguing motions attending hearings and participating in trials.

Applicant Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in civil litigation preferably with a focus on employment law.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
  • Law school journal experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
