Job Title

what dose Lead - Intersystem IRIS Cache Dev do at Fiserv

- Lead the design and development of applications using Intersystems Cache and IRIS Studio ensuring best practices are followed.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Mentor and guide junior developers providing support and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance processes.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Intersystems Cache and related technologies to make informed recommendations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

- Development and documentation of data platform classes/tables methods/functions and REST APIs that support the application on intersystem IRIS data platform.

- Strong knowledge on design principles and best practices in implementing

- Development of new interfaces in Intersystem IRIS which includes Business Process and Operations.

- Estimate development efforts including design code and unit testing.

What we need

- 8 to 12 years of experience in intersystem IRIS Cache.

- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Developer with a strong focus on Intersystems Cache.

- Strong understanding of database concepts and data modeling principles.

- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience in object oriented oriented programming SQL for application data access ObjectScript specifics Intersystem IRIS specific technologies.

Experience on Account Processing Core

- Exposure to Banking and Financial Services industry with a good understanding of Banking Products Services & Procedures.

- Exposure to XML XSLT and Data transformations as well as strong SQL skills
