Position Summary
Are you a person who thrives in the field loves closing deals and wants to earn what youre worth Join our team as a Multifamily Leasing Specialist in Los Angeles. This is a full-time field-based role where youll represent vibrant apartment communities increase occupancy and earn uncapped commission on every lease you close.
What Youll Do
Conduct engaging property tours and highlight community features to prospective residents.
Drive lease-ups through canvassing community events and local outreach.
Use Yardi to manage leads applications and resident communications.
Coordinate move-ins and ensure units are rent-ready.
Support marketing efforts including signage social media digital campaigns and other duties assigned.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $17-$18/hour (non-negotiable)
Commission: Uncapped earn $500 for the 7th lease $1000 for the 8th $1500 for the 9th and so on
Auto Allowance: $350/month
Benefits: Full-time benefits including medical dental vision life ins. 401(k) with match EAP company phone and laptop
Total Compensation Potential: $5000$6000/month (base commission auto allowance)
What You Bring
2 years of experience in leasing sales or customer service.
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Tech-savviness with experience using Microsoft Outlook Word Teams and CRM tools.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
