Job Description
Position Title: Part-Time Technology Intern
Location: Clovis New Mexico
Schedule: Part-Time 3-4 days per week
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Part-Time Technology Intern to support our fun and dynamic team in maintaining and optimizing essential digital tools and hardware. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in IT support AI integration and process streamlining within a fast-paced service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain iPad and mobile device hardware across departments
- Oversee all software systems and ensure seamless user functionality
- Perform regular software and firmware updates across all relevant devices
- Assist in maintaining phone hardware resolving minor tech issues as needed
- Support AI integration projects including:
- Inputting cost and pricing data into ChatGPT for project manager tools
- Updating AI-generated invoice templates with current service pricing
- Ensuring accuracy and functionality of AI-assisted workflow systems
- Provide training and support to team members on new technologies and processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline services through better tech use and automation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent use of technological tools
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
- Familiarity with iOS hardware productivity software and phone system basics
- Basic understanding of AI tools particularly ChatGPT or similar interfaces
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on task completion
- Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using or training others on AI platforms
- Basic knowledge of CRM or invoice-building software
- Previous internship or hands-on tech support experience
