Job Description
As the Manager II Revenue Collections you are responsible for overseeing the global end-to-end Cash to Collections process ensuring accuracy efficiency and exceptional customer service. You will lead a global team inclusive of our outsourced partner. This leader is accountable for day to day cash and collection operations for our invoice customers. We are looking for an experienced AR / Collections leader who is excited about driving operational excellence and strategic transformation across our policy process tools and analytics.
What youll do:
- Oversee global AR Cash & Collections operations.
- Design and implement payment adherence experiences that ensure timely payments are made.
- Serve as the point of escalation for complex payment plans bankruptcy and other payment adherence issues.
- Closely partner with sales leadership in driving initiatives that improve our billing experience.
- Identify and execute on various initiatives that improve DSO and cash collections.
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team by setting clear performance expectations conducting regular reviews and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Develop and execute resourcing strategies (including in-house and outsourced talent) to meet evolving business demands ensuring scalability and the right expertise for short- and long-term success.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to streamline processes improve operational efficiency and resolve issues.

- A demonstrable background in global people management that is aligned with our mission and core values.
- Extensive knowledge of financial systems (e.g. Oracle SAP) CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce) reporting tools and other finance and operational systems.
- Extensive experience in AR Cash Operations Collections Operations; inclusive of payment plan negotiation and bankruptcy. Preferably with experience in internet advertising.
- Innovative and creative thinker with demonstrated ability to express complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional leader with a verifiable track record of operational rigor by evaluating complex issues from multiple perspectives and performing extensive quantitative analysis.
- A minimum of ten years of experience driving large collections/AR operations at a global organization with 3yrs in leadership
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
