Job Description
Starting Salary Range: $64000-$75000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
What Youll Do
- Manage full lifecycle of contractors: onboarding changes and terminations
- Track and administer compliance training badging and orientation sessions
- Support procurement activities by creating and maintaining Purchase Orders and Contract Records
- Maintain accurate up-to-date records for suppliers security assessments and vendor information
- Monitor and proactively manage contract and assessment expiration dates
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support procurement and process improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Microsoft Teams and procurement platforms like Oracle Cloud
- Exceptional organization time management and interpersonal communication abilities
- Service-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and confidentiality
- Procurement & Purchasing Fundamentals Certificate (PPFC) Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or similar
Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
