With over 28 years of baking excellence we are proud to be a trusted supplier for many of the Valleys top resorts caterers and restaurants. Key Responsibilities
- Measure scale and prepare ingredients accurately
- Mix batters doughs and mousses following established recipes
- Roll shape and form dough for a variety of baked goods (croissants tarts cookies etc.)
- Operate ovens and adjust settings for optimal baking performance
- Assist in icing glazing and basic decorating of products
- Support cake decoration and finishing work as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow food safety procedures
- Help monitor inventory levels and manage ingredient rotation
Qualifications
- 13 years of baking experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- Positive team-oriented approach
- Valid Food Handlers Card and eligibility to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required)
