Job Description

TES Staffing is looking for someone who is ambitious self-motivated and ready to break into a career in Human Resources.

We are a privately owned and local HR and Staffing organization that prides ourselves on being incredible partners to our clients the best in our field at what we do and our solid work/life balance. We take our work very seriously but not ourselves!

So whats the job This opportunity is high volume recruitment administrative support and employee relations within a small team who manage all of the recruiting onboarding staffing and coaching for the culinary team at the largest university in Rochester.

Its fast paced always interesting and a real HR boot camp type of job. From I9s tax forms background checks and interviewing; youll see and do it all.

Pay: Base Salary commission yearly bonus. Dependent on experience
Base pay is weekly commissions pay out Monthly
Benefits available after completion of probationary period:PTO Sick Time Retirement Plan with Company Match & Health Care.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p.

Qualified candidates must:

  • Be comfortable working with a diverse population in a fast paced environment
  • Have a Bachelors Degree. Lesser education with experience will be considered
  • Be confident in basic computer skills such as data entry formulating emails and other software systems
  • Be meticulously organized and detail oriented
  • Fearless and willingness to learn and take direction
  • Able to give direction or coaching clearly and calmly

Job Details:
  • People Management: Assist the team in recruitment and daily deployment of staff to multiple locations
  • Ensure communication with clients and employees is clear seamless and timely
  • Process all New Hire Paperwork (I9s W4 etc) into internal systems
  • Data Enter staff into internal system following all compliance requirements
  • Phone screen and face to face interview for potential employees
  • Other duties as assigned
