Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:Contributes to maintaining and integrating project implementation plans and associated project schedules throughout the project life cycle to include show/ride concept development show ride facility area development designs building construction show/ride production installation and/or commissioning. Responsible for assisting in creating project schedules collecting progress status integrating necessary changes updating reports and distributing project schedules and reports.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists in developing and statusing project schedules using Primavera and other scheduling software programs and incorporating deliverables and implementation strategies into project plans and schedules as strategies evolve
  • Coordinates with internal and external responsible teams to develop and integrate activity durations and logic sequences to perform the work
  • Coordinates with team members across various functions to ensure schedule information is accurately statused on a weekly basis
  • Assists in development of new schedule details or other schedule maintenance activities
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or an applicable field required.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 0-1 years engineering/construction planning and scheduling experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
