Job Description
Support business transformation related to the deployment of a new HR system including supporting the analysis mapping and redesign of the clients systems and processes for HR organizational change management stakeholder management and communications user acceptance testing and end user support.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the client team to understand the business problem identify the solution approach and work through the design development and delivery phases.
- Full lifecycle organizational change management support from strategy and planning to executing communications training and reinforcement.
- Design and support user acceptance testing.
- Drive stakeholder engagement through strategic messaging and outreach.
- Create/update program briefings infographics placemats reports and metrics.
- Promote industry best practices encourage innovation and facilitate regular reviews to identify new opportunities for process optimization.
- Focus on collaboration and stakeholder management to ensure alignment engagement and buy-in throughout the improvement process.
- Support the customers assessment definition and refinement of business requirements.
- Support End-User Training and system rollout.
- Design standards guidelines templates and checklists for the proposed learning solution.
- Identify opportunities to implement new and innovative learning strategies into the solution.
Must have:
- 4 years of experience in management consulting
- 2 years of experience in organizational change management
- Bachelors degree
Nice to have:
- Experience with JIRA Confluence and data visualization software (Power BI or Tableau)
- Experience defining and managing requirements for a Sponsor IT system
- Experience editing and managing website content (bonus if experience includes HTML)
- Change management certification (e.g. CCMP Prosci or Kotter)
- Experience providing change management support for an ERP deployment (bonus if PeopleSoft)
- Experience creating and editing short (2-minute) program videos (bonus if experience includes Camtasia)
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
As required by local law Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states ofCalifornia Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey New York Washington Vermont and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience.
