Role Summary
- Responsibilities: By stepping into the Accounts Assistant role at Costello Medical you will support with a wide range of financial tasks and processes to ensure the smooth operation of our global financial functions
- Salary: 25000 to 29000 per annum depending on your previous experience

About the Role
As an Accounts Assistant at Costello Medical you will play a key role within our Finance team supporting with a wide range of financial tasks and processes to ensure the smooth operation of our global financial functions. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills across various areas of finance including sales and purchase ledger enabling you to take initiative and proactively shape the role as it evolves.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Processing supplier invoices credit card transactions and internal expenses
- Book-keeping across all group companies using AIQ Rapport3 and Concur
- Supporting financial reporting and data reconciliation activities
- Advising our scientific teams on expense management and invoicing procedures
- Identifying and suggesting improvements to financial and administrative systems
- Assisting with general financial duties such as budgeting forecasting and month-end processes
- Projecting a positive image of the Finance team and actively seeking to reduce the administrative burden placed on others
You will receive comprehensive one-to-one training from experienced team members learning about the technical aspects of the role and effective project management.
