Job Description

Job Title: Responsible Individual Childrens Residential Services
Location: Bradford and Bingley
Salary: 60000 to 75000 per annum (DOE) Bonus
Working Hour: Full-time
Service: Childrens Homes
Service Users: YPs EBD Trauma CSE CCE Neglect
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in a senior leadership role within childrens residential care
Employment Type: Permanent

The Home:

  • Number of Beds: 4 x 3-Bed EBD Homes

  • Location: Bradford and Bingley

  • Type of YPs: EBD Trauma Neglect CSE CCE

  • Ofsted Rating: Good (existing homes)
