Are you ready to lead a high-performing global team and shape the future of IT End User Compute support across a dynamic organisation
Were looking for a visionary Global Manager for 2nd Line EUC Support to drive operational excellence foster innovation and deliver world-class support to internal stakeholders worldwide. This is a strategic leadership role where youll manage a talented team optimise support processes and ensure the security reliability and scalability of our EUC environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a skilled global support team.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure timely resolution of EUC issues and manage patching incidents and escalations.
- Project Delivery: Support and lead EUC-related projects from planning to execution.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and eliminate single points of failure; ensure business continuity.
- Strategic Planning: Shape the roadmap for EUC services and stay ahead of tech trends.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Align support with business needs and manage external partners.
Qualifications :
- Experience managing delivering and improving IT EUC services to at least 4000 IT users across multiple time zones within a global IT organisation.
- In-depth knowledge of IT EUC core areas.
- Experience in identifying and mitigating risks associated with IT systems and support services.
- ITIL V3/V4 qualified and a solid understanding of all core service management processes.
- Experience using ServiceNow is advantageous
- Experience with Dynamics 365 is advantageous
