Principales responsabilits

En tant que vritable ambassadeur(rice) de LEGO et de ses valeurs les missions principales du de vente (H/F)sarticulent autour des axes suivants :

  • Assurer une exprience unique tous nos visiteurs via un accueil personnalis chaleureux convivial et amusant (par le jeu).
  • Animer les aires de jeux pour faire dcouvrir nos produits.
  • Conseiller et Vendre : grce votre coute et votre expertise produits vous orientez le client dans ses choix.
  • Encaisser selon les procdures et standards en vigueur.
  • Fidliser notre clientle en proposant notre programme de fidlit.
  • Encourager le feedback de nos clients de sorte optimiser notre qualit de service (NPS).
  • Maintenir les normes visuelles de merchandising et de rception et rangement des stocks en vigueur au sein de LEGO Brand Retail.
  • Participer toute autre activit selon les besoins du magasin.

Cette liste de missions nest pas exhaustive et vous pourrez vous voir confier des responsabilits annexes par le(a) Directeur(-rice) du LEGO store ou son adjoint(e).

Pour russir dans ce poste vous devez avoir:

  • Apptence travailler dans un environnement dynamique et y contribuer.
  • Une exprience retail dans un environnement exigeant et centr sur le service client.
  • Polyvalence disponibilit capacit travailler selon des horaires flexibles y compris le week-end.
  • Autonomie sens de lorganisation rigueur proactivit ponctualit et assiduit.
  • Qualits relationnelles esprit dquipe et sens du service au client.
  • La matrise de langlais et une exprience de travail avec des enfants seraient des atouts.
