Job Description
Are you passionate about vehicle diagnostics and vehicle technology Then we are looking for you.
As a Remote Diagnostics Service Agent you will be responsible for providing technical support in the event of vehicle repair and diagnostic problems in vehicle workshops.
You will work closely with our national and international customers for whom problem solving is one of your main tasks.
You will use different tools to perform remote diagnostic procedures parameterizations and calibrations.
You will work in an international team and actively contribute to the continuous optimization of our services.
Qualifications :
Training: Completed university studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in the field of vehicle technology motorcycle technology mechanical engineering or a comparable course of study or training as a master or state-certified technician.
Experience and expertise: Knowledge in the field of vehicle diagnostics expertise in handling IT systems experience in direct customer contact (order acceptance hotline support).
Who you are and how you work: You are a team player and distinguish yourself through your communicative nature; You work in an organized and structured manner act independently persevere and can adapt to flexible tasks.
Languages: As the majority of our customers are Finnish and Swedish speakers we require the successful candidate to have excellent spoken and written proficiency in both Finnish and Swedish. Additionally as you will be working within an international team strong communication skills in Englishboth spoken and writtenare essential.
Additional Information :
This position is based at our Vantaa office with the expectation of occasional travel to other Remote Diagnostics Service (RDS) locations across Europe.
Please note that this post is a fixed-term role for 2 years.
