Category & Product Strategy developing Yeast
- Conduct Yeast market research and category insights to identify trends competitive landscapes and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute brand positioning product portfolio strategies and pricing models play book aligned with B2B customer needs.
- Lead new product development (NPD) processes from concept to commercialization collaborating with Baking center Sales teams Supply chain Finance and Quality and Production.
- Craft compelling category narrative story and application solutions to enhance product value propositions.
- Other tasks assigned by line managers.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or Food Science;
- 5 years of experience in FMCG/B2B marketing.
- Deep knowledge of bakery industry and raw materials applications and customer pain points.
- Proven success in product lifecycle management and omnichannel campaign execution.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills; Nice English and Mandarin required.
