En tant que Concepteurrice de Jeux chez Haven vous dvelopperez et modifierez les fonctionnalits du jeu qui rpondent notre vision du game design. Vous travaillerez en troite collaboration avec les membres dautres quipes telles que lquipe artistique lquipe de programmation et lquipe World afin de concevoir et dimplmenter des fonctionnalits qui creront une exprience de jeu russie. Vous tes passionne par la conception de jeux et capable de transmettre cette passion dans votre travail et dans vos interactions avec les personnes avec lesquelles vous travaillez chez Haven.

Lea Concepteurrice de Jeux relvera dude la Producteurrice.
Responsabilits et tches
Concevoir des fonctionnalits de jeu qui correspondent lorientation crative du jeu.
quilibrer les valeurs du jeu pour crer une exprience amusante.
Travailler avec les concepteurrices audio artistiques techniques et autres pour crer une exprience cohrente.
Tester les fonctionnalits pour sassurer quelles rpondent aux objectifs de conception.
Rdiger la documentation relative la conception des fonctionnalits et des systmes.
Qualifications recherches
Solide exprience professionnelle en tant que concepteurrice de jeux ou dans une fonction connexe avec au moins un titre commercialis (PC ou console) de prfrence un jeu forte systmique.
- Comprhension profonde et passion pour les principes de conception et de mcanique des jeux.
Bonne mthodologie et capacit rsoudre les problmes avec un accent sur litration rapide pour atteindre lquilibre le rythme et lamusement.
Collaborer efficacement avec des dveloppeureuses dautres disciplines et tre prt diriger des efforts multidisciplinaires cibls.
Capacit crer des documents de conception de haut niveau et des concepts de jeu.
Qualifications souhaites
Exprience en matire doprations en direct et de dveloppement de jeux multijoueurs.
Exprience avec Unreal Engine.
Connaissance/exprience de la conception pour laccessibilit.
Sr Game Designer - Haven Studios

Position - As a Game Designer at Haven you will develop and modify game features that fulfill our game design vision. You will work closely with people from other teams such as Art Programming and World to design and implement features that will create a successful gameplay experience. You are passionate about game design and able to transmit that passion in the work that you do and your collaborative interaction with people you work with at Haven.
Reporting:
The Game Designer will report to the Producer.
Responsibilities
Design game features that match the creative direction of the game.
Balance gameplay values to create a fun experience.
Work with audio art engineering and other designers to create a cohesive experience.
Test features to ensure they meet the design goals.
Write design documentation for features and systems.
Requirements
Solid professional experience as a Game Designer or a related role with at least one shipped title (PC or Console) preferably a heavily systemic game.
Experience multiplayer game mode and game structure
Deep understanding and passion for the principles of game design and mechanics.
Good methodology and problem solving ability with a focus on rapid iteration to achieve balance pacing and fun.
Effective collaborator with developers from other disciplines along with willingness to lead focused multidisciplinary efforts.
Ability to create high level design documentation and game concepts.
Bonus Qualifications
Live Operations Multiplayer game development experience.
Experience with Unreal Engine.
Knowledge/experience of designing for accessibility.
