About the Role
If youre looking for a role where no two days are the same and where your actions directly contribute to positive patient outcomes this is it. As an Operations Co-ordinator youll be at the frontline of a highly responsive team coordinating patient transfers and managing real-time logistics across our flight and ground crews.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding position where your ability to multitask stay calm under pressure and make confident decisions will shine. As the first point of contact you will liaise with clinical teams pilots operations staff and external stakeholders to ensure seamless patient movement across regional and metropolitan areas.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate aeromedical transfers (air and ground) across NSW
Prepare and manage urgent aeromedical flight charter quotes
Aircraft scheduling and maintenance data entry
Manage and update staff rosters and on-call rotations
Support operational planning reporting and strategic improvements
Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints
About You
Were looking for someone with a can-do mindset strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving. Youll thrive in high-pressure situations and enjoy the pace of a logistics or emergency response environment.
What were looking for:
Experience in aviation operations or healthcare coordination
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Comfortable working rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
Proven ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining accuracy
