OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Quality Management Analyst to support regulatory compliance product development and clinical workflow optimization for our enterprise EHR solution Juno Health. This role serves as a key regulatory subject matter expert working closely with Product Line Managers Clinical Solution Architects and Operations leadership to ensure our platform meets all relevant accreditation quality and interoperability standards.
The Quality Management Analyst will:
Provide detailed regulatory references and interpretation for Joint Commission CMS ISMP CAP ONC and other accrediting bodies.
Offer consultative support to internal teams (PLMs CSAs Operations) and existing clients in response to regulatory and accreditation inquiries.
Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare regulations and accreditation standards to guide the development of Juno Health features and enhancements.
Support internal teams with ONC certification efforts including configuration validation usability testing analysis and documentation development.
Collaborate with Product Line Managers and the ONC Product Management team to ensure regulatory compliance and usability within new and existing EHR functionality.
Provide strategic input on clinical workflows and configuration approaches for capturing data required for CDA documents eCQMs ORYX measures and ONC criteria (e.g. 170.315(b)(1) (c)(1) and (g)(10)).
Identify workflow and process gaps and recommend enhancements aligned with clinical best practices and regulatory expectations.
Work closely with the Professional Services Team to design deployable solutions that meet both regulatory and clinical workflow needs.
Support the Integration Team with configuration troubleshooting and validation of clinical data capture mechanisms.
Provide requirements and documentation support to the Content & Reporting Management Team for new items templates and data elements.
Develop and maintain deep understanding of Juno EHR applications features and configuration logic.
Assist with creation and maintenance of internal and external documentation to support regulatory compliance and product usability.
Travel up to 25% annually for client support implementation and team collaboration as needed.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Individuals working for DSS will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA FedRAMP and NIST 800-53. Additionally they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties. Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high risk category will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access. Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training.

Required:
3 years of quality management experience in the healthcare industry.
Is abreast of contemporary developments in EHR Software
Is capable of understanding potential clients workflows in a variety of healthcare settings to make suggestions as to which JunoEHR Applications would be beneficial to them.
Demonstrated knowledge of Joint Commission standards CMS regulations and ONC interoperability standards.
Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and with other departments/teams outside of the chain of command.
Possess exceptional skills in partnering with staff from multiple departments and in developing and maintaining long-term supportive relationships.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills; both verbal and written.
Demonstrates the ability to facilitate and run great effective meetings.
Desired:
2 years of experience in EHR Software and usage of it as the data source for ORYX measures and/or eCQMs and data submission to CMS
Is knowledgeable of and able to use all MS Office Suite products including Outlook Word Excel Project PowerPoint etc.
Education:
Required:
BS Degree in appropriate clinical or administrative fields related to healthcare.
Applicable clinical or administrative experiences in the acute care healthcare setting or applicable EHR vendor experience.
Attendance at Joint Commission and/or CMS conferences
Desired:
Advanced degree or training in any related field of study.
Clinical degree or other clinical certification
