Who You Are:The Implementation Consultant I plays a critical role on the Implementation team focusing primarily on managing and executing add-on installations for our existing client base. This individual will work directly with current customers to assess their needs configure solutions and ensure a smooth rollout of additional features or modules. While the primary focus is on current client expansions the role may also involve leading full implementations for new clients as needed.
This is a hands-on client-facing role that requires strong project management skills technical aptitude and a commitment to customer success. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
What Youll Do:- Own and manage the end-to-end implementation of software for existing clients ensuring solutions align with client goals and technical environments.
- Serve as Project Manager and Implementation Consultant leading the delivery of both add-on projects for current clients and full implementations for new clients when necessary.
- Support Senior Implementation Consultants with complex client engagements and cross-functional initiatives.
- Partner closely with internal teams including Sales Customer Success Support and Product to align client objectives with available functionality and ensure smooth hand-offs.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on timelines deliverables and issue resolution.
- Identify and manage risks dependencies and challenges throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by understanding business goals and providing tailored responsive solutions.
- Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Travel to client sites up to 30% as needed to support key implementations or in-person engagements.
- Participate in internal improvement initiatives and team activities to drive continuous enhancement of implementation practices.
