About the Position
After profitably scaling our online business to over 150M in less than four years we launched into retail last year and have already landed 5000 stores across Germany and Austria. Weve introduced two product categories and placed over 20K displays in stores. Now were preparing to scale this success further with more products more campaigns and international expansion.

To make this happen were looking for YOU a (Sr.) Retail Campaign Manager to be the operational engine behind our next wave of retail growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of cross-functional collaboration ensuring our retail GTM campaigns land with impact precision and speed. Youll drive campaign excellence across Sales SCM Creative and Marketing while building the scalable infrastructure that powers HOLYs international rollouts.

Responsibilities:

  • Own campaign alignment across functions: Act as the operational glue between SCM Logistics Design and Retail to ensure GTM timelines are met and key campaign moments run smoothly. Lead coordination across stakeholders to maintain launch readiness.
  • Drive execution of retail campaigns: Manage timelines checklists calendars and deliverables across key account management trade marketing field sales and digital channels. Ensure campaigns are executed with speed clarity and accountability from planning through launch.
  • Build GTM infrastructure and lay the foundation for international scale: Create and evolve core tools to enable repeatable high-quality campaign execution. Ensure these systems are robust enough to scale across markets and act as the operational backbone for future international GTM rollouts.
About You
  • You have experience in (food) retail marketing or GTM operations. Youve worked on launches cross-functional timelines and campaign assets.
  • You are a structured campaign operator who brings clarity order and accountability into complex projects with many moving parts.
  • You are a strong cross-functional collaborator who aligns stakeholders and keeps momentum high across Sales SCM Creative and Field teams.
  • You are a sharp communicator who writes clear briefs flags blockers early and leads syncs with confidence and clarity.
  • You are both strategic and hands-on equally excited to shape campaign systems and own the details of execution.
  • You have a great creative instict bringing a sharp eye for brand fit and executional quality ensuring all campaign assets feel on-brand and impactful.
  • You are fluent in English and German. French is a plus. You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate.

The Process

  1. Intro Call:A 30-minute screening with Luca our Talent Partner. Youll talk about HOLY the role your experience and whether our expectations align.
  2. Hiring Manager Interview:Youll meet Joanna our Sr. Venture Development Manager who has been a key player in building and launching our Retail business.
  3. Case Study & On-Site Interview:Once the first interviews go well youll receive a short case study and come into our Berlin HQ to discuss it. Youll also meet your team incl. our Retail Director Ben.
  4. Founder Interview with Matze:As a strong cultural fit is important to us you will have a final meeting with Matze one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
  5. Offer & Decision:If everything aligns well make you an offer and look forward to building HOLY France together.
