Job Description
Schwarz are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Boulder Creek Wind Farm Project. As the Senior Project Engineer you will play a pivotal role in the planning management and successful delivery of civil construction projects. You will oversee technical execution ensure quality and compliance manage project budgets and schedules and provide leadership and mentoring to site teams.

What Youll Do
- Lead and manage civil construction projects ensuring adhering to quality safety budgets and timelines.
- Prepare manage and monitor project schedules and budgets including details cost tracking and reporting.
- Oversee project documentation including quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) variation management and progress claims.
- Provide technical expertise advise and guidance on project execution methodologies and design interpretation.
- Mentor and supervise engineering and site personnel fostering technical competence and professional growth.
- Coordinate and liaise effectively with internal stakeholders including project managers construction managers and site engineers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements industry standard and company operational policies and procedures.
What Were Looking For
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven Experience as a Senior Project Engineer within civil construction preferably within infrastructure energy or mining sectors.
- RPEQ qualification (desirable)
- Current Australian Drivers License.
- Construction Industry White Card.
