They are looking for the right people to come in that care about the work they do and those they work with to ensure that this behavior is replicated throughout the company.
What Youll Need
- A minimum of 5 years experience as an estimator in commercial roofing
- Proven experience managing relationships and sourcing leads for bids
- Experience with estimating software (The Edge Preferred)
- Candidates must be able to Identify and quantify project labor needs materials and scheduling requirements
- Experience taking core samples also desired
