Make a Difference
This position supports the Practice Administrator / Nurse Manager with the daily operations of the practices back office particularly with overseeing clinical operations. **Applicant must be willing to travel locally. The office locations range from Kokomo to Anderson to the South side. There are currently 10 locations that will need to be traveled between (at least on a bi-weekly basis). Mileage will be paid for travel. Will need to be flexible with schedule.**
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward problem-solving
2 year / Associates Degree with 4 years relevant experience within a healthcare setting with Associates Degree/ / OR year / Bachelors Degree or relevant experience within a healthcare setting (preferred)
5 years experience in a healthcare environment in the areas of front office / and/or customer service with 2 years of front office supervision or lead experience billing background desired (required)
In lieu of the above education requirements a combination of experience and education will be considered
The ideal candidate is Self-Aware and Achievement Oriented. They will be able to demonstrate skills in Practice Mgmt People Development Effective Communication Decision Making Strategic Thinking and Relationship Building.
